In other news, the Differin Cream prescribed to me by my dermatologist not only dries out my face a bit, it also makes my skin ridiculously photosensitive. I mean, seriously, I might have spent about 30 minutes total in the direct sunlight within the past week and I've already gotten a slight sunburn on my cheeks. I don't burn that easily! Apparently, I should also be avoiding prolonged exposure to fluorescent lights. Hmm... does that mean I have an excuse to cut classes?? Hopefully, since I finally got some lotion with SPF 15, I can avoid any more rosiness in the near future.
Anyhow, now that people are finally returning to the dorm after the week-long pre-summer semester break, I'm all ready for school to start back up tomorrow. Actually, that's not true at all. I'm never prepared to have to awaken and be anywhere by 8:30 in the morning. I have, however, located my clinical site so I won't get lost on Wednesday, and I'm about 50% sure I have all I need in the way of books and whatnot. (And if I do need another text or two, it'll be no problem to swing by the bookstore and pick them up tomorrow between classes.)
In any case, that's about it for the moment--see ya'll another time!

You say you've been a bit "xenophobic" but I wonder if you really meant that (Xenophobia is a fear and contempt of foreigners [wikipedia]) ;).
Otherwise you look good with the glasses :)
(*xenophobe: A person unduly fearful or contemptuous of that which is foreign, especially of strangers or foreign peoples)
Yeah, I realize I used that a bit outta context, but I tend to do that once in a while. Besides, I put it in before I looked it up (knowing it involved some kind of shyness), but decided it was close enough for what I wanted. Maybe I'll change it later...
Mind you I just commented on this because in a lot of languages xenophobia = racism, so since it didn't seem to be what you meant at all I thought I would point it out ;).
